REFUNDS - Designs, Custom Printed Items & Samples

Earth Print requires a minimum $100 deposit depending on the design or product. All deposits are Non-refundable. Designs will be revised up to 3 times. (Minimum $75 per revision after.) Designs ready for print... invoice must be paid in full before they are sent to production (No Exceptions.) By paying invoice in full you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Once paid in full you will no longer be able to make any changes to your design or estimate. (Proof-Read your Estimate for Item(s), Brand(s), Quantity, Size(s), & Color(s). Earth Print DOES NOT GUARANTEE COLOR, CUTS, OR SPELLING ON ANY JOB (Proof-Read your Design.) CLIENT WARRANTS SOLE CREATOR OF ALL SPECIFICATIONS AND IMAGES DO NOT INFRINGE UPON ANY COPYRIGHT, COMMON LAW RIGHT, TRADEMARK, OR ANY OTHER RIGHT. CLIENT AGREES TO HOLD EARTH PRINT HARMLESS IN ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST THEM. DATES SHOULD NOT BE ASSUMED TO BE EXACT AS UNFORESEEN PROBLEMS, UNEXPECTED WEATHER, AND DELAYS WILL SLOW SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND DELIVERY. 

SAMPLE ITEMS: You have 7 Days from original receipt to return any Sample Item(s) with ORIGINAL TAGS & CONDITION. Minus the cost of shipping and handling to and from Earth Print and Suppliers.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you're welcome to return it.

You have 7 Days from original receipt to return any item in it's ORIGINAL CONDITION with EARTH PRINT TAGS.

Email us your order details, contact information and let us know why you'd like to return your order. Earth Print LLC will work with you on a solution which may involve a replacement order, or a refund back to your original payment method. We issue refunds for products within 7 Days of the original purchase with ORIGINAL TAGS & CONDITION. Earth Print LLC has the right to refuse any return without original tags and condition.

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee "DAY 1" begins on your "DATE OF PURCHASE" of the Contractor's Playbook + BONUSES.  You have a total of 30 days from your purchase date to qualify for a "Full Refund."
